This temporary full time role involves providing essential Level 1 support across multiple sites in Bracebridge and Huntsville. In this position, you'll be responsible for ensuring the security and availability of IT infrastructure while providing top-tier Level 1 support for network, desktop, and telephony issues.

You will also manage user account enrollment, coordinate support requests, and provide end-user training. The role requires flexibility, with potential shifts including evenings and weekends across HDMH and SMMH facilities. Key Responsibilities:
