Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and evaluate person-directed treatment plans
• Ensure adequate provisions for clients' physical needs




• Document daily activities and incidents accurately
• Transport clients as needed to various locations
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients
Requirements:
• Completion of a two-year Developmental Social Worker Diploma
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Criminal background check required
• Must hold a valid Ontario Driver’s license
