Service Manager

Job Description

Cintasis is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer-facing Service team. Responsibilities include hiring and performance management; managing overall team performance; providing leadership by fostering a safe workplace; resolving customer issues; training the team on effective sales techniques; performing customer goodwill visits while maintaining high satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals; managing a budget and addressing operational issues that affect service. Hands‑on support of direct reports includes accompanying service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, assisting with product pick‑up and delivery, driving a company vehicle to customer locations; lifting, carrying, and walking products while maintaining world‑class service and goodwill; performing managerial duties.

Skills & Qualifications

Required

- A valid, full, unrestricted driver's license
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Preferred

- Experience in industrial sales or customer service
- Availability to start within two weeks after offer accepted

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary ranges between $74,800 and $99,464 per year, with eligibility for an annual target bonus. Bonus is based on individual, location, division, and company performance.
