Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a 12-month contract opportunity based in Vancouver, BC. This is a fully onsite role supporting a large-scale digital transformation and modernization initiative focused on business process improvement, service delivery enhancement, and enterprise platform implementation.

This role will be responsible for driving a complex transformation program from the early stages of planning and vendor selection through implementation, adoption, and operational transition. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to modernize existing processes, establish standardized ways of working, and support the implementation of a new enterprise solution utilizing out-of-the-box functionality and industry best practices.

The current workplace includes manual processes, legacy workflows, and operational workarounds that have evolved over time. This initiative represents a significant opportunity to redesign business processes, improve transparency and efficiency, enhance user experience, and support long-term organizational modernization.

This is not a traditional ERP implementation role. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience delivering large-scale digital transformation, modernization, and business process redesign initiatives where technology serves as an enabler for broader organizational change. Success in this role will require strong stakeholder engagement, change management, vendor coordination, and the ability to influence outcomes across business and technical teams.
