You will develop actionable strategies in collaboration with senior leadership to improve organizational performance and quality of care.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide oversight for employee health and wellness initiatives • Lead efforts to uphold service excellence and quality improvement • Monitor adherence to policies aligned with strategic goals • Maintain effective labor relations and communication with unions • Represent Health PEI at various provincial and national forums
Requirements: • Master’s degree and regulated healthcare professional status • Extensive experience in health system leadership • Proven track record with large-scale budgets • Experience in cooperative stakeholder engagement • Proficient in healthcare-related IT systems
