Trekor is looking for an experienced Health and Safety Superintendent to join its team. In this full time leadership position, you will be responsible for upholding safety standards, conducting risk assessments, and mentoring health and safety staff. Your role is essential in supporting a culture of proactive safety and regulatory compliance at the Gibraltar Mine.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the Health and Safety team’s daily operations • Develop and maintain safety management systems • Conduct safety training and promote staff development • Review compliance with regulatory health standards • Lead investigations and ensure quality corrective actions

Requirements: • Degree or diploma in Health and Safety discipline • 10+ years of mining health and safety experience • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations • Excellent leadership and coaching capabilities • Surface Mine Rescue certification is a plus
