We are seeking a passionate Data Analytics Engineer to work from our Kingsville, ON office. This role will challenge your analytical skills and creativity as you engage with both technical and non-technical teams. You'll be responsible for analyzing existing reports, generating effective data models, and ensuring solutions meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements • Reverse-engineer and analyze existing IT solutions • Perform hands-on data analysis to inform ODP modeling • Define clear project scopes and assist in handoffs • Detect and troubleshoot data issues proactively
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related area • Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities • Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders • Innovative mindset comfortable with ambiguity • Experience with Power BI and up-to-date data platforms
