Job Title: Insurance Advisor – Auto & Home (Sales-Focused)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven, results-oriented Insurance Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by targets, enjoys closing deals, and can confidently quote and sell auto and home insurance policies. You will be responsible for converting inbound leads, generating new business, and maximizing every client interaction to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quote and sell auto and home insurance policies with a strong focus on closing
- Convert inbound leads into sales through effective needs assessment and objection handling
- Proactively follow up on quotes to drive conversion and hit sales targets
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities on every interaction
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities
- Deliver persuasive and confident product presentations to clients
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Stay current on products, pricing, and underwriting guidelines to remain competitive

Qualifications:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or a high-volume sales environment




- Strong closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and quoting tools

Licensing:

- RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) license is an asset but not required
