As a Program Coordinator reporting to the FAcT Program Director, you will facilitate the transition and establishment of site support services. Your expertise in project coordination and logistics will be critical for managing transitional operations and ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support coordination of transition plans and operational documentation
• Track requirements and updates during facility transition
• Liaise with service providers to consolidate documentation
• Maintain schedules,



logs, and risk registers
• Assist in preparing agendas, minutes, and inspection documents
Requirements:
• High school diploma is required
• 3-5 years in project coordination or facility services
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software
• Eligible for Secret Security clearance
