Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman/woman Electrician to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in electrical work, including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and working with medium and low voltage systems.

The position offers opportunities to work on diverse projects such as renovations, construction sites. Ensuring safety and compliance with CEC standards.

Duties

- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, panels, and systems in commercial and residential environments.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical projects.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment to diagnose issues and perform repairs.
- Collaborate with construction teams during renovation or new construction projects to ensure electrical systems meet specifications.




- Maintain compliance with CEC codes and safety standards while working on construction sites or existing facilities.

Skills

- Proven experience as an residential and/or commercial electrician with a valid journeyman/woman license.
- Strong knowledge of CEC standards, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation
- Experience working on construction sites, renovations.
- Ability to read technical drawings including schematics related to electrical systems.
- Familiarity with frame carpentry or handyman skills is a plus for installation tasks requiring physical adjustments or modifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills. They will be excellent at problem solving in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
