Stonehammer Diesel & Automotive Repair is a busy, independent, diesel-focused shop serving Okotoks and surrounding communities. We work on the trucks people rely on every day — from Power Stroke, Cummins, and Duramax diesels to gas cars, trucks, SUVs, and fleet vehicles.

We’re looking for an experienced Journeyperson Technician who takes pride in diagnostics, quality repairs, and doing the job right the first time.

This is a quality-first, hourly shop — not flat rate.

No rushing jobs. No corporate pressure. No unnecessary upselling.

What You’ll Be Working On

- Power Stroke, Cummins, and Duramax diagnostics & repair
- Cars, gas trucks, and light-duty diesel vehicles
- Diagnostics and drivability concerns
- Suspension, steering, brakes, driveline, and front-end work
- Lift kits, aftermarket upgrades, and performance installations
- Preventative maintenance and inspections
- Real-world working vehicles for customers who value quality repairs

What We’re Looking For





- Journeyperson - Automotive Service Technician (Red Seal preferred)
- Strong diagnostic ability — not just parts swapping
- Light-duty diesel experience
- Professional attitude and solid communication skills
- Pride in workmanship and accountability
- Valid driver’s license
