We are public practice cpa firm, looking for an experienced accountant especially in using quickbooks. In this role, you will support the accounting department by assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial data management. Responsibilities

- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoice processing and payments
- Support bank reconciliation activities by verifying transaction records against bank statements using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or PeopleSoft
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records by recording financial transactions and updating ledgers regularly
- Help prepare account analysis reports and assist with account reconciliation tasks to ensure ledger accuracy
- Contribute to budgeting and financial reporting activities by gathering relevant data and supporting audit preparations
- Support payroll processing activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations




- Collaborate with senior accountants on auditing procedures and other financial services tasks as needed

Experience

- Prior experience or internship in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable
- Basic understanding of corporate finance principles including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and account analysis
- Knowledge of payroll processes and budgeting practices will be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team workplace
