Role Description

We are looking for an energetic and organized Recruitment Coordinator to support our end-to-end recruitment activities. The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate job requirements, source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, and support selected candidates through the onboarding process.





The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and follow-up skills and be comfortable working in a rapid-paced IT staffing and consulting environment.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, employee referrals, and professional networks.

Review resumes and identify candidates matching client requirements.

Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, availability, location, work authorization, and compensation expectations.

Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Maintain relationships with qualified candidates and referral networks.
