We’re hiring a Junior Automotive Service Advisor who can turn a customer’s “I think something’s wrong with my car…” into a great experience, a solid repair plan, and—when appropriate—a yes to the work.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Be the friendly, knowledgeable face customers trust with their vehicles
- Listen to customer concerns, ask the right questions, and recommend the right services
- Work with technicians to understand repairs and explain them in plain English—not mechanic mumbo jumbo
- Prepare estimates, communicate pricing, and confidently ask for the sale
- Build relationships that turn first-time customers into lifelong customers
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Spot maintenance and repair opportunities without being pushy or shady
- Learn the automotive service business from the ground up
