Work Model: Fully in-office during 3-month training, then hybrid
Ideal Candidate
- 1–3 years of project coordination/assistant experience
- Background in manufacturing, printing, or a similar production environment
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple projects from design through manufacturing, installation, and after-sales support
- Assist with quotes, estimates, specifications, materials, and timelines
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, installers, and internal teams
- Maintain project documentation and timelines
- Source suppliers/installers as needed
- Support process improvements and department efficiency
- Build robust client and supplier relationships
Requirements
- Strong organization, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly
- Proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage competing priorities
- Degree or equivalent experience
