Junior Floral Designer – Join Our Creative Team!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Floral Designer to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for flowers, a keen eye for design, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the floral and event industry.

Location: South Vancouver

Position Type: Full-time/ Part-time

Responsibilities:

- Assist in designing and assembling floral arrangements for events, weddings, and corporate installations.
- Support senior designers with prep work, flower processing, and studio organization.
- Participate in on-site setups and strike of events.
- Maintain flower care and studio cleanliness standards.
- Maintain the inventory of vases/ Decor items/ Artificial flowers Stay updated with seasonal flower trends and assist in visual merchandising.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in floral design or formal training (internships or floral school a plus).
- Robust work ethic and a desire to learn from experienced designers.




- Ability to take direction well and work efficiently under pressure.
- Good eye for colour, balance, and texture.
- Must be comfortable with physical work, lifting buckets, and long event days.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license an asset.
