Responsibilities

Must Be Able to work Thurs Fri Saturday Sunday and Mondays

- Assist senior stylists with hair cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing techniques to deliver high-quality results.
- Engage with clients to understand their styling preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Maintain salon sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas regularly.
- Promote retail products by educating clients on hair care solutions and upselling where appropriate.
- Manage front desk duties such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries professionally.




- Support the team in maintaining an organized workspace that adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to a lively salon atmosphere by communicating effectively with team members and clients alike.

Requirements

- Passion for hairstyling with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with clients of all backgrounds.
- Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly understand client needs and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to handle retail sales confidently by recommending suitable products.
- Previous experience in front desk or reception roles is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- A professional attitude coupled with enthusiasm for creating beautiful hairstyles in a fast-paced environment.
