Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Support & AI Specialist to join our team.

This role focuses primarily on IT support, while also providing opportunities to work with AI tools, automation, system integration, and emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate has a solid IT support foundation, enjoys troubleshooting technical problems, and is curious about how AI can be applied to real-world business needs.

Experience with AI tools, automation, APIs, or system integration is an asset.

Responsibilities

IT Support

- Provide remote and in office technical support to customers.
- Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, software, hardware, printers, and basic network issues.
- Set up and maintain computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Assist with user accounts, Microsoft 365, and basic system administration.
- Troubleshoot basic TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi issues.
- Use ticketing and remote-support tools to manage technical issues.
- Research problems and provide practical solutions.
- Document technical issues and solutions.

AI & Technology

- Research and evaluate AI tools and emerging technologies.
- Assist with implementing and supporting AI-powered solutions.
- Explore practical applications of tools.
- Assist with AI automation and system integration.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve productivity.
- Help users and customers adopt and effectively use new technology.

Qualifications

Required:

- 1–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk,



or a similar technical role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and basic networking.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to research problems and learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Driver’s Licence.

Assets:

- MSP or managed IT services experience.
- Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- Experience with AI tools.
- Experience with automation, APIs, or system integration.
- Basic PowerShell or Python scripting experience.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection.
