We are currently seeking a full-time General Labourer to join our growing property management company.

Responsibilities The successful candidate will assist senior maintenance technicians with a variety of maintenance and repair projects, including:

- Assist carpentry staff with construction, repairs, and renovation projects
- Support skilled carpenters with day-to-day tasks and projects
- Assist with demolition and preparation of work areas
- Help with minor carpentry tasks and basic repairs
- Move, organize, and prepare materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist with property maintenance projects, including filter changes and routine upkeep
- Perform minor exterior painting projects
- Complete lawn care and grounds maintenance
- Perform general cleaning and property upkeep
- Support building staff with day-to-day operations
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas




- Perform other general labour duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
- Own a basic set of tools required for maintenance work
- Certification in a technical trade is considered an asset
- Previous experience in home renovation, maintenance, repairs, or general construction is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule, as required
- Working knowledge of computers and smartphones for communication and work-related tasks
- Robust work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
