Niagara Trailers is a family-owned RV dealership located in Niagara-on-the-Lake. We’re committed to providing a strong customer experience and building a team that works well together. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone dependable and organized to support our Service Department.

The Role

We’re hiring a Junior Service Advisor to support our Senior Service Writer and help keep the service department organized and running smoothly.

This is an entry-level, learning-focused role. You’ll start by supporting scheduling, customer communication, and service coordination, and gradually build toward handling estimates and customer interactions more independently.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet customers and gather basic information about service needs

· Schedule appointments and keep the daily service calendar organized

· Create and update work orders with accurate notes

· Communicate with technicians for job updates and timelines

· Follow up with customers on job status (with guidance)

· Assist in preparing estimates for parts and labour

· Help with parts ordering and checking availability

· Support invoice preparation and review for accuracy

· Escalate technical questions or complex concerns to the Senior Service Writer

· Help keep service files, notes, and systems organized

What We’re Looking For





- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using computers and learning recent systems
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team

Nice to Have (not required):

- Experience in automotive, RV, or service environments
- Basic mechanical knowledge

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Experience:
- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
