The Key Lead assists the store manager in overseeing daily operations, deploying staff, and ensuring a great customer experience through prompt service and quality products. This role also involves maintaining store standards and acting in alignment with Sessions Cannabis guidelines.

Essential Responsibilities

Uphold Sessions Cannabis values with integrity.

Maintain calm during busy or unusual events.

Anticipate and address customer/store needs, communicate with management.

Provide feedback and coaching to staff.

Ensure smooth operations, including opening/closing duties and cash handling.

Monitor customer service standards and celebrate team achievements.

Assist with inventory audits, merchandising, and discrepancies.

Educate customers on cannabis products and safety.

Perform returns, as per return policy and compliance standards.

Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

1 year retail management experience, 3-5 years customer service.

Valid CannSell certification, 19+, clear background check.

Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.

Skills

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Physical Requirements

Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs.





Perform tasks related to stocking and store maintenance.
