Join Kids Help Phone as the Director of Applied Research and drive creative solutions for youth mental health in Toronto. This hybrid role emphasizes research infrastructure supporting e-mental health initiatives. In this six-month contract, you'll report to the VP of Equity, Programs & Innovation Implementation, focusing on applied research strategy and capacity building.
Your leadership will advance evaluation practices, enhance data management, and foster partnerships with a focus on knowledge mobilization. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to benefit youth services. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement frameworks and governance for ethical research practices
- Evaluate and measure the impact of youth mental health programs
- Lead knowledge mobilization strategies and presentations
- Cultivate strategic research partnerships across sectors
- Oversee research coordinator's activities and project budgets Requirements:
- Doctorate in a relevant discipline
- 5-8+ years leading research and evaluation efforts
- Strong partnership management skills
- Expertise in data management and ethics
