Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide clear information about lottery products and services
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including ticket sales and payouts
- Monitor the kiosk to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and safety standards
- Maintain organized records of sales, transactions, and guest interactions
- Address guest inquiries promptly, providing excellent customer service and support




- Ensure the kiosk remains clean, organized, and inviting at all times

Experience

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash accurately and balancing registers
- Experience with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems is advantageous
- Knowledge of guest services principles to create positive guest interactions
- Ability to follow safety protocols and gaming regulations diligently
