Be able to work in a fast paced restaurant work environment and with excellent leadership to supervise and manage a small team work efficiently in the kitchen. Passionate about creating delicious dishes and has a solid understanding of food safety and hygiene. In this role, you'll be responsible for new developments, optimizing SOP, preparing food, and ensuring that all dishes are meeting quality standard.
The ideal candidate will have a culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen. Chinese and Southeast Asian Kitchen experience will be an advantage.
