Position Overview

North & Brown is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with clients to design kitchens that are both beautiful and highly functional, tailored to each client’s lifestyle and space.

Key Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget
- Design custom kitchen layouts, cabinetry, and storage solutions
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D renderings (2020 Design, SketchUp, or similar)
- Guide clients through material, finish, and appliance selections
- Prepare quotes and project proposals
- Work closely with sales, production, and installation teams




- Oversee projects from concept through completion
- Stay current with design trends, materials, and innovations

Qualifications
- Experience in kitchen design, interior design, or a related field
- Proficiency in kitchen design software (2020 Design / Cabinet Vision)
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry, materials, and space planning
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Sales experience is a strong asset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
