Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic factory environment, supporting various production and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and experience with manufacturing processes.

This position is essential for maintaining smooth operations within our manufacturing facility and contributes directly to the efficiency of our assembly lines and warehouse activities.

Duties

- Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and finished goods
- Support the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of manufacturing equipment
- Perform general labor tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, and organizing materials in the warehouse or factory floor
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and report any issues for maintenance or repair
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and documentation




- Support assembly line operations by preparing parts and components as needed

Skills

- Prior experience with factory or manufacturing environments preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly processes
- Experience operating forklifts, hand tools, power tools, and other warehouse equipment
- Strong understanding of safety procedures within a manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Valuable physical stamina to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods
- Basic organizational skills for inventory management and material handling
- Prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific equipment use
