Duties

- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and organizing supplies to ensure timely meal production
- Support cooking activities by preparing simple dishes under supervision and following safety guidelines
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment to promote a hygienic workplace
- Help with serving food to guests or customers in a courteous and efficient manner
- Support the overall organization of the kitchen area,



including restocking supplies and disposing of waste properly
- Follow all food safety regulations and restaurant policies to ensure a safe dining experience for everyone

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or the food industry is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
- Knowledge on how to use the tandoor is preferred
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food preparation, cooking, and food handling practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper hygiene procedures
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
- Basic physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to follow instructions carefully and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
