Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and basic cooking tasks to support the kitchen team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Serve dishes efficiently and courteously to customers, supporting the front-of-house team during busy service times
- Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
- Support the cooking process by preparing ingredients and assisting with meal assembly under supervision
- Ensure all food handling practices meet industry regulations and restaurant policies

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Basic knowledge of serving, food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols

- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene standards and safe food handling practices

- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
