We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Kitchen Helper/Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will assist with food preparation, cooking, and food service operations to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen functions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food industry standards, food safety, and providing excellent meal experiences for our guests.

Duties
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients for various dishes
- Cook and prepare meals according to established recipes and standards
- Serve food efficiently and courteously to customers or staff as needed
- Maintain proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and sanitized throughout the shift
- Support inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supplies needed
- Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning kitchen equipment as required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices is desirable
- Experience in meal preparation or working within the food industry will be advantageous
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction is beneficial
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
