Full-Time Kitchen Staff – Sushi Nomi

Sushi Nomi in downtown Victoria is looking for a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Kitchen Staff member to join our team.

We are looking for someone who works well in a busy restaurant environment, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in keeping high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and assist with food preparation
- Assist with sushi and Japanese food preparation as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Support other kitchen team members as needed
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and restaurant procedures

Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is an asset
- Sushi or Japanese restaurant experience is an asset
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible




- Positive communication and teamwork skills
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Full-time availability is required
