Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, equipment, and work areas throughout shifts and in closing time.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment

Requirements





- Previous experience in cooking or food preparation within a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Robust teamwork skills with the willingness to learn new techniques and procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations and customer service principles is advantageous
