Job Title: KYC Analyst

Location: Mississauga, ON (hybrid)

Duration: 8 months contract (with possibility of extension/conversion)

Summary of the Role The role involves providing direct-to-customer support through both inbound and outbound communications, including sending emails and customer correspondence, responding to inquiries, and handling requests related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) .

The position will conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks , accurately document and report findings, maintain detailed records, and ensure explicit and professional business communications. The role will collaborate closely with compliance and investigation teams to support regulatory requirements, resolve customer concerns, and ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

Must-Have Hard Skills

1. 5-7 years of banking/financial institute experience
2. Call center experience
3. Prior experience conducting KYC Checks
4. MS Office 365 proficiency – Excel, Word and Outlook

Soft Skills

1. Quick learner
2. Strong communication skills – written and verbal
3. Critical thinking skills and multitasking skills
