Job Title: Senior AI Platform Engineer – L3 Support & Microsoft Copilot

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite

Interview: Face-to-Face Required

Role Summary

Seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to provide L3 engineering support for enterprise AI platforms including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok . The role focuses on troubleshooting, platform configuration, integrations, automation, security/compliance, and supporting new AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L3 support , troubleshooting, incident/problem management, and RCA for enterprise AI platforms.
- Configure and support Microsoft Copilot, M365, Azure OpenAI, Entra ID, Purview/DLP, Power Platform, and connectors .
- Develop automation using Python, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API .
- Partner with Microsoft/vendors to test and deploy new AI features.




- Support AI security, compliance, access management, and audit requirements.
- Review documentation and mentor L2.5 support teams.
- Contribute to AI agent and support automation initiatives.

Required Skills

- 6+ years in engineering, platform, or senior technical support roles.
- Enterprise experience with AI/LLM platforms and/or Microsoft 365 .
- Robust Generative AI/LLM understanding.
- Python / PowerShell / Microsoft Graph API .
- Azure OpenAI, Copilot, Entra ID, Purview/DLP, Power Platform .
- Experience with CI/CD, integrations, security/compliance, and enterprise troubleshooting .
- Financial services experience preferred.
