Job Overview The delivery assistant is a crucial role in the customer experience because delivering the customer’s furniture seals the deal. The delivery assistant works with the delivery driver to safely transport our products from our Distribution Centre to our customers' homes while providing exceptional customer service and assisting with problem resolution.

Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday. 8 hrs shifts with possible overtime.

- Must be physically fit and able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds; delivering furniture is challenging work and we don't want you to hurt yourself
- Able to navigate a I-phone or I-pad for customer delivery
- Reliable, flexible schedule, and have the ability to meet the demands of the business with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently or with little supervision
- Must have a good command of the English language




- Work with a delivery partner in 2-person teams to deliver a variety of furniture items into customers’ homes
- Safely load and unload furniture from the Distribution Centre into the delivery truck
- Lift and move furniture into residential locations safely and with care
- Unpack and assembly of furniture and household accessories
- Follow regulations and safety standards
- Provide skilled and friendly customer engagement and communication
- Assist the delivery driver with routes and time schedules

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
