Experienced Exterior Labourer / Siding Installer

Milmine Exteriors – North Bay, Ontario

Milmine Exteriors is looking to add an experienced Exterior Labourer / Siding Installer to our crew.

We are a busy exterior renovation company working throughout North Bay and surrounding areas. We are looking for someone who has previous exterior construction experience, is dependable, works well as part of a crew, and is comfortable working outdoors and at heights.

Duties May Include

- Installation of vinyl and other exterior siding products
- Soffit and fascia installation
- Eavestrough installation
- Exterior trim, flashing and capping
- Removal of existing siding and exterior materials
- Measuring, cutting and preparing materials
- Working from ladders, scaffolding and at heights
- Jobsite setup and cleanup
- Loading and unloading tools and materials
- Assisting with other exterior renovation projects as required

Qualifications
- Previous exterior construction experience is required
- Siding, soffit, fascia and/or eavestrough experience is strongly preferred
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders




- Able to safely use common construction tools
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying construction materials
- Reliable and able to arrive at work on time
- Able to work independently and as part of a crew
- Solid work ethic and willingness to take initiative
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred
- Steel-toe work boots/shoes required

Position

Full-time

Monday to Friday with hours depending on weather, workload and jobsite requirements.

Wage: Competitive and based on exterior construction experience and skill level.

We have a strong workload with plenty of upcoming exterior projects and are looking for someone who can become a reliable member of our crew.
