Responsibilities

- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment around the site efficiently and safely
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies needed for daily tasks
- Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, holding materials, or performing basic tasks as directed
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a hazard-free setting for all team members
- Perform general site maintenance including waste removal, debris clearing, and minor repairs when necessary
- Operate basic machinery or equipment if trained and certified to do so




- Report any safety concerns or equipment issues promptly to supervisors

Experience

- Previous experience in construction, industrial work, or manual labor is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is highly valued
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute actively
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere strictly to safety guidelines
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team environment
