Responsibilities

- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment around the worksite
- Support team members in setting up and dismantling work areas, scaffolding, or temporary structures
- Perform general site cleanup including debris removal and waste management to maintain a safe setting
- Help with basic construction tasks under supervision, such as mixing materials or assembling components
- Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance




- Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment diligently at all times
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold quality standards

Qualifications

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or manual labor is advantageous but not required
- Knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of PPE is preferred
- Reliable transportation to get to the worksite daily
