In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Operations and collaborate with various internal teams like FM-PRO and Radiation Safety. Your expertise in project management and communication will be critical as you support diverse initiatives within the hospital. Expect to manage stakeholder engagement and oversee the execution of project goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Support project management and change management functions • Organize committee and working group meetings • Track and report on project progress and changes • Prepare necessary documentation for program objectives • Assist with Project Go-Live preparations

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline • At least 3 years of project management experience • Hands-on experience with change management tools • Excellent writing and communication abilities • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
