As part of the People & Culture team, you will coordinate various learning and development initiatives and enhance employee engagement through Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion programs. The position entails managing onboarding activities, administering the Learning Management System, and supporting ongoing L&D; efforts. Flexibility and a collaborative spirit will ensure seamless service amid team absences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate onboarding activities and materials for new employees
• Manage Learning Management System data and support stakeholders




• Assist with learning program design and logistical coordination
• Maintain quality across learning and development data
• Handle inquiries related to EDI programs and initiatives
Requirements:
• Experience with HR or learning-related program coordination
• Knowledge of onboarding and LMS best practices
• Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills for diverse interactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
