As a local candidate, you will bring your analytical skills and 3 years of estimating experience to this significant position. Responsibilities include reviewing proposals, developing full project estimates, participating in bid reviews, and building relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze proposal specifications and drawings thoroughly • Develop detailed estimates for lump sum and T&M; contracts • Review and negotiate subcontractor bids • Consult with departments on pricing and timelines • Prepare estimate schedules and present bids professionally
Requirements: • Journeyperson Electrician with minimum 3 years’ estimating experience • Extensive experience with drawing packages • Familiar with Accubid and Bluebeam software • Solid knowledge of electrical installation practices • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
