Job Description

- Order-taking service (orders taken by telephone, fax, or email; however, this is not a call center)
- Customer service (account opening, follow-ups, etc.)
- General office duties
- Create a positive customer service experience by understanding and responding to customers’ needs quickly and professionally.




- We provide in-house training to ensure that you have a good understanding of the various tasks.

Required Qualifications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Bilingual (fluent spoken and written English and French)
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to learn quickly and stay organized
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Enjoy dealing with customers over the phone and providing professional service
- Willingness to exceed our customers’ service expectations
- Strong attention to detail is essential
- Sales-oriented
- Basic computer knowledge (Word and Excel)
- Knowledge of customer database management software is an asset

Working Conditions

- Competitive salary
- Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday
- No overtime
