You will collaborate directly with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams, serving as a subject matter expert on workforce management functionalities. Key Responsibilities:



• Lead configuration and improvements in UKG Dimensions functionality • Validate and test integrations with payroll and HR systems • Manage project tasks through Agile methodologies with Jira • Develop documentation for processes and configurations • Identify opportunities for streamlining workflows and user experience

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Information Systems or related field • 3-5+ years in workforce management systems, ideally UKG Dimensions • Robust understanding of payroll policies and compliance requirements • Background in data management and integration processes • Familiarity with Agile workflows and Jira
