Key Responsibilities:



• Manage compliance with food safety policies • Conduct training sessions for new team members • Ensure accurate production documentation • Support the implementation of LEAN Manufacturing practices • Oversee sanitation procedures for the production area

Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Relevant experience in agriculture or food production • Ability to lift 50lbs and work on feet • Strong organizational and time management skills • Effective communication skills in English or French
