- Educate new mothers on breastfeeding techniques
- Assist with resolving breastfeeding challenges
- Facilitate the initiation and maintenance of lactation
- Keep accurate patient records and monitor outcomes

Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM
- Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
- Minimum 2 years of neonatal or perinatal nursing experience
