We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment and performing essential sanitation duties. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a rapid-paced environment. The Attendant will play a crucial role in maintaining operational standards while ensuring cleanliness and organization within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment including loader and backhoe
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain a safe and tidy work workplace.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials as required.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Accept and properly store used oil in designated containment areas.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks as needed to support operations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production goals.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid drivers licence.
- Proven experience, or willingness to learn heavy equipment operation is preferred, including loaders and backhoe.
- Strong ability to perform cleaning and sanitation duties effectively.
- Capability to handle heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
