Responsibilities

- Assist with the installation of landscape features including patios, walkways, planting beds, and irrigation systems
- Prepare sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up necessary materials and tools
- Support the planting of trees, shrubs, flowers, and other greenery with proper horticultural techniques
- Operate construction tools and equipment safely under supervision to ensure efficient progress
- Maintain site safety standards by adhering to safety protocols and wearing protective gear at all times
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule and to quality standards
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as watering, pruning,



mulching, and weed control

Requirements

- Prior experience in construction or landscaping is highly desirable
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening practices, horticulture principles, and landscape maintenance techniques
- Demonstrated leadership or supervising experience is a plus for those interested in advancement opportunities
- Ability to operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, bend, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills and taking direction
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory
