Landscape Construction & Property Maintenance Crew Member

We’re looking for a hard-working, versatile person to join our landscaping crew. We do a pretty wide variety of work, so we’re not necessarily looking for someone who fits into one specific trade. More than anything, we want someone reliable, capable, physically fit, and willing to jump into whatever needs to get done.

Our projects range from landscape construction and carpentry to gardens, property maintenance and general outdoor work.

Experience in any of the following would be outstanding:

- Landscape construction
- Decks, fences, gates and outdoor carpentry
- Interlock, flagstone and natural stone
- Excavation, grading and base preparation
- Planting and garden installation
- Garden maintenance, pruning and trimming
- Property cleanups and seasonal maintenance
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Basic carpentry and handyman work
- Small equipment and landscape machinery
- General construction and physical labour

You definitely don’t need to know how to do everything. We’re equally interested in someone with good general labour experience who works hard,



learns quickly and wants to develop more skills. On the other hand, if you’re an experienced landscaper, carpenter or all-around tradesperson who can work independently and solve problems, there’s lots of opportunity to take on more responsibility.

The most important things are showing up reliably, working hard, having a good attitude and taking pride in doing things properly. We’re a friendly, easygoing crew, but when we’re working, we work hard.

There is potential for full-time or part-time work, depending on experience, availability and fit. Pay will depend on experience and skill level, and we’re willing to pay well for someone who brings strong landscape, carpentry or general construction skills.

A driver’s licence is an asset.
