Facility Care Solution Providers is looking for reliable, hardworking Crew Members for a true year-round role. In the spring, summer, and fall, you'll help maintain healthy, well-groomed lawns and landscapes across our commercial client properties. When winter arrives, you'll switch gears to keep sidewalks and walkways clear of snow and ice, ensuring safety at condos, distribution centers, and other commercial sites.

What You'll Do

Spring, Summer & Fall — Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance

- Mow and trim grass using walk-behind and ride-on mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional-looking properties
- Edge walkways, fence lines, and landscaped areas
- Perform seasonal cleanups including pruning, cutting back plants, and leaf removal




- Load and unload trailers safely and assist with equipment checks and fueling
- Support site safety by identifying hazards and following PPE and company safety standards

Winter — Sidewalk Snow & Ice Removal

- Clear sidewalks and walkways of snow and ice using shovels, snowblowers, and snow rotors
- Apply salt and ice-melt products as needed to keep surfaces safe
- Be available on-call 24/7 during the winter season, including weekends and holidays
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate winter gear
- Ensure walkways at condos, distribution centers, and other commercial properties are explicit and safe at all times

What Makes You a Great Fit

- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs, working outdoors in all weather — including extreme cold, heavy snowfall, and summer heat
- Flexible and on-call: available for varying hours in winter, including reporting to work at any hour when snow falls
- Resilient, team-oriented, and ready to bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic year-round
- Willing to learn new skills and follow direction
- Safety-focused and respectful of equipment and surroundings
- Prepared with proper gear and supplies for the season (winter gear in winter, work-appropriate attire in summer)




- Valid G driver's licence preferred; G2 required (required for advancement into driving roles)

Growth & Advancement We believe in developing our people. Crew members can progress through skill levels:

- Level 1: Learn equipment use, safety, mowing, trimming, and trailer loading
- Level 2: Confident operation, plant care knowledge, fall cleanup, trailer handling
- Level 3: Advanced equipment use, crew leadership, inspections, irrigation basics, and truck/trailer driving

Training is provided to help you grow into higher-responsibility roles.
