Job Title: Landscaping Labourer

Salary: $44,000 - $55,000 (Depending on experience)

As a Labourer, you will be an essential part of our crew, contributing to a variety of landscaping projects. You’ll assist with general landscaping tasks, operating tools and equipment, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn and contribute to a positive and hardworking team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in general landscaping tasks such as hardscape install, excavation, grading, trimming, site set up and clean up.
- Operate hand tools and small machinery (e.g., dingo, quick cuts, shovels, rakes, mallets, etc).
- Prepare and maintain cleanliness on job sites.
- Assist in loading/unloading materials and equipment from trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Help ensure all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client specifications.
- Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards or incidents to the supervisor.




- Support the team with various tasks as directed by the Lead Hand or Foreman.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in landscaping or outdoor labor is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
- Comfortable working as part of a team and contributing to a cooperative environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of safety practices in landscaping and outdoor work is an asset.
