Duties

- Support construction activities including setting up structures, laying pathways, or installing features as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure safety and optimal performance.




- Follow safety protocols during all operations and maintain a clean worksite for efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

- Prior experience with construction or landscaping projects is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Basic understanding of horticulture principles, gardening techniques, and landscape maintenance practices.
- Ability to use hand tools (e.g., shovels, pruners) and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong work ethic with physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred; certification in equipment operation or landscaping is a bonus.
